heard this station during sporadic-E conditions on 95,30 FM in Assen on the air Cherie FM  95,30 Toulon France, they returned my self prepared QSL (card of Lemmer NL and an own cherie fm card with some writing at backside  in about 9 days from their postal adress: 22 Rue Boileau , F-75016 Paris france(JGa)
