Dear Sir, I am very happy to report that I listened Halloween Radio the 01/11/2016 at 20:00 UTC on 3935 Khz. The signal was S7/8 in the receiver with light qsb and some qrm, SINPO 34333.At 20:05 utc we receive a sstv but not able to have a good decode. Attached an audio file of the transmission.
